Mission Statement
The mission of Interface EAP is to assist their referred clients who have alcohol or substance misuse problems by providing confidential and professional brief early intervention services, in order to restore and strengthen the health and productivity of the employee and in so doing contribute to workplace safety, harmony and productivity.
Interface EAP processes are early intervention short term strategies to address employee issues affecting work performance. Assessment and counseling may occur during or outside normal business hours.
These processes maximize the benefit to individuals and their employers through a proactive approach that addresses issues and concerns before they reach crisis point.
Interface EAP seeks concrete, practical solutions to employee's personal, family and workplace problems.
An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a process strategy in addressing personal problems that affect work performance.
Interface EAP's services are underpinned by the concern shared, by employers and employees, relating to the high human and financial costs to industry caused by alcohol and substance misuse and other psycho-social difficulties.

The offer of help to employees through the provision of professional counseling, can, on many occasions, resolve difficulties and concerns before they have further impact on the employee's work performance.
Whilst Interface EAP specializes in assisting employees who suffer alcohol and substance misuse problems, we recognize that substance misuse is often the presenting symptom of a range of other underlying problems. Consequently Interface EAP provides a range of counseling intervention strategies.
